Veyrath User Data Deletion

This page explains how Veyrath players, including players who sign in with Facebook, can delete their Veyrath account and request deletion of Veyrath-owned personal data.

Delete Your Veyrath Account In The App

Sign in to Veyrath, open the account/profile controls, and choose Delete account. The app asks for confirmation, then calls Veyrath's server-side account deletion function for the signed-in account.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion removes Veyrath-owned profile, character, and gameplay records tied to your account, including character records, character state, inventory, quest progress, command history, and associated account profile records.

Limited Retention

Some limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, purchase records, chargeback or fraud prevention, safety, moderation, support history, security logs, or abuse investigation. Retained records are kept only as needed for those purposes.

If You Cannot Sign In

If you cannot access your Veyrath account, visit Veyrath Support and request account data deletion. Include the email address or sign-in provider used for the Veyrath account so support can locate the correct account.

Facebook Data

If you signed in with Facebook, Veyrath receives only the account data needed to authenticate you, such as your Facebook account identifier and profile information made available during sign-in. Deleting your Veyrath account deletes Veyrath-owned records tied to that Facebook-authenticated account. To remove Veyrath from your Facebook account, also visit your Facebook account settings and remove Veyrath from Apps and Websites.

Purchases

Account deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Refunds, charge disputes, and purchase history are handled by the billing provider that processed the transaction.
