Account Deletion And Store Purchases

Delete Your Account

In Veyrath, open the account/profile controls and choose Delete account. The app asks for confirmation, then calls the server-side deletion function for the signed-in account. Deletion removes Veyrath-owned profile, character, and gameplay records tied to that account, except limited records retained for legal, purchase, safety, support, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Store Purchases

Deleting a Veyrath account does not automatically refund a purchase. Account-wide unlocks become inaccessible when the account is deleted. Review purchase history through the Veyrath store and contact Veyrath Support for receipt, fulfillment, refund, or charge-dispute assistance. Limited transaction records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, support, or legal obligations.

Store Unlocks

Checkout is disabled during the closed test. Catalog entries are previews and cannot be purchased. If commerce is enabled in a later release, the store will remain limited to permanent account-wide text cosmetics and a one-use character name-change service. It will not sell subscriptions, premium currency, loot boxes, gameplay power, story or expansion access, origins, classes, progression, inventory, slots, or account capacity. Historical refunds, reversals, and lost payment disputes may revoke an associated unused digital grant after server reconciliation.
