Veyrath Privacy Policy

Veyrath is an online mobile text role-playing game operated by TMM Reptiles. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how players can request help or account deletion.

Information We Collect

We collect account information needed to run the game, including email address or connected sign-in provider identifiers from Supabase Auth. We also store gameplay records such as character names, character state, room events, commands, quest progress, inventory, combat state, moderation reports, account entitlement records, purchase validation records, and operational error logs.

Online Interactions

Veyrath includes multiplayer rooms, visible character names, command logs, chat-style messages, and player report, mute, and block tools. User-generated content may be reviewed for safety, moderation, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed through RevenueCat-backed web billing or a platform store when applicable. We store product identifiers, transaction metadata, validation status, and entitlement records. We do not store full payment card details.

Diagnostics

Veyrath may use Sentry and Supabase operational logs to diagnose crashes, command failures, authentication failures, realtime disconnects, purchase validation failures, and backend incidents.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate players, provide the persistent online world, validate account entitlements, process account deletion, provide support, investigate abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal or store review requirements.

Sharing

We use service providers such as Supabase, Sentry, Google, Steam, and RevenueCat to run authentication, backend services, diagnostics, and purchases. We do not sell player personal information.

Account Deletion

Players can request account deletion in the app from the account controls. Deleting an account removes Veyrath-owned profile, character, and gameplay state tied to that account, subject to limited records we must retain for fraud prevention, purchase records, safety, support, or legal obligations. Purchase refunds and charge disputes are managed through the billing provider that processed the transaction.
